Well, as promised, I made it back down to the city and took some more shots of this years Vivid Festival. A rather unique building in Martin Place played host to a rather spectacular light projection of a growing forest animation and there was an interactive faceted skull that would display a person’s face when they stood in front of it.
The shots of the western side of the Sydney Harbour Bridge were taken down beside Luna Park in Milson’s Point and show the interactive light display on one of our most famous landmarks. If you look closely, you can see the Opera House beneath the bridge in some of the shots along with Circular Quay and the CBD beyond.
Tonight is the last night of the festival and I’m not sure I’m going to make it down to Darling Harbour before it finishes. If the weather holds out (its been raining today) and I have enough motivation, I might just make it. Don’t quote me though…
Big shout out to all the new people who signed up to follow my little ol’ blog too. It was very flattering to get ‘Freshly Pressed’ by WordPress over the weekend and I feel humbled by the exposure. Cheers to you all!

Now here a few images from around Martin Place including a video I shot of the forest animation projection for those that are a little curious.
