Hey guys, this is just a quickie post for a lazy Sunday. I was up early this morning and what better way to usher in the new day than to take some dawn photo’s! Sunrise shots are always nice to take when it’s a balmy 24C (75F) and the morning activity of dog walkers, joggers and weekend fisherman is always energising.
All of these shots were taken with my Hoya ND 400 filter and hence, they needed the tripod. From memory, these images are each around 24-30 second long exposures at f8 – f11…give or take
. Happy Sunday everyone!

Love the beautiful, deep, rich colours.
Thanks, Mike.
I have to travel so far to get images like that. Well, maybe, might be able to get some of the bay, but the sun comes up in the wrong direction. I must investigate, thanks for the idea Distan.
Looks idyllic. A beach would be nice right about now. : )
Balmoral is a really beautiful harbour beach, Karen. Cafés, fish and chips, flash restaurants and such a pretty view. Given the cold and snow in your neck of the woods, I expect the change would be a treat.
